Platform Status & Reachability Hub

Direct-from-browser reachability checks and diagnostic benchmarks for technical interview preparation platforms. Tested from your local network.

Understanding Platform Outages vs. Client-Side Blocks

When a coding judge fails to respond, the issue is not always a global platform outage. Understanding where the failure occurs saves prep time:

1. Cloudflare WAF Challenges

Aggressive scraping protection or VPN IP rotation can trigger invisible Captcha blocks or HTTP 403 Forbidden errors before traffic reaches the origin server.

2. Contest Queue Backlog

During weekly contests, code execution workers experience queue delays. Your browser frontend loads fine, but "Run Code" shows "Pending" or "Judging" indefinitely.

3. GraphQL Rate Limits

LeetCode's web application relies heavily on internal GraphQL queries. Heavy automated refreshing can trigger 429 Too Many Requests on your account session.

Best Practice: Developing Immunity to Judge Dependencies

In real technical phone screens and on-site rounds at Google, Apple, or Meta, interviewers will never provide an automated test runner. You will write code in Google Docs, CoderPad without run execution, or on a physical whiteboard. When platforms experience downtime, treat it as an advantage: write out your algorithm, create a hand-traced variable table, and manually dry-run test cases to cultivate true software engineering self-reliance.
